This blog exists because the conversation matters. If you have something to say about power, accountability, ethics, or the systems that shape how we live and work, we want to hear from you.
You don’t need an academic title or a corporate platform. You need a perspective, an argument, and the willingness to make it in public.
Bethics is an independent publication and is currently unable to offer payment for contributions. We welcome submissions from writers who want to share thoughtful perspectives on ethics, society, and technology with a wider audience.
What we are looking for
We publish pieces that engage seriously with the ideas behind this blog: the logic of extraction, the erosion of accountability, and what happens when ethics are treated as an obstacle rather than a foundation. That can take many forms: a close reading of a corporate decision, a response to something in the news, a personal account from inside an institution, or a philosophical argument we haven’t heard yet.
We don’t have a preferred length. We have a preferred standard: a clear argument, grounded in facts, about something that needed to be said.
We don’t publish promotional content, and we don’t publish outrage without argument.
Submission guidelines
We publish in English. If you prefer to write in another language, submit in your own language and we will handle the translation. If your piece references specific claims or data, note your sources. We may edit for clarity and length. We don’t publish everything, but we respond to every submission. If a piece isn’t a fit, we will tell you why and what it would take to get there.
How to submit Use the form below. We will publish a short profile of you alongside your piece. We review every submission and aim to respond within two weeks.
